Here's how you can help....
Individual gifts: Individual gifts help support the mission of our Boys & Girls Club. Annual gifts are tax deductible.
Corporate Giving: A corporate contribution not only lends support to our organization, but also allows a business to align itself with a meaningful cause and take part in a wise investment in the future. Corporate gifts are tax deductible.
Planned Gifts: Planned gifts are long-range contributions that will insure the longevity of our organization. This contribution includes gifts of securities or properties that can be designated for annual program operations, or restricted to endowment fund. Bequest allows individuals to remember our Boys & Girls Club in a will or estate plan.
"Friend" Fund Raisers: The club holds several fund raisers through out the year.
* Annual Dinner: This dinner is a must attend event that occurs each February. The Annual Dinner highlights all the accomplishments of the Boys & Girls Club of Alton, and recognition of our contributors throughout the year with the culmination of announcing the Youth of the Year. Sponsorships, and ticket purchases are always welcome.
* Craig Hentrich/Boys & Girls Club of Alton $1,500 Shoot Out Golf Tournament is always held in the month of May on the Monday before Memorial Day. Craig Hentrich is a veteran punter for the NFL Tennessee Titans, and a Alton native. Each year for the past 12 years Craig has come back to Alton to hold this well attended tournament as a way of showing his support for the club, and his community.
To learn how you can participate in our "friend" fund raisers, contact the club at 618.462.6249 or awomackbgcalton@aol.com
To volunteer: Working with children can become one of the most rewarding experiences. The Boys & Girls Club of Alton encourages individuals to become involved with our club by either bringing a skill to the club, mentoring a child, or becoming involved with our fund raisers. View the Volunteer Opportunities page to learn how you can make a difference in a child's life. Visit Who We Are page for more information on our club.
